When you are judging people, you aren't taking the time to look at the good things about them. Don't spend all of your time looking at the flaws! Everyone's got them, even you. So don't take your time judging others'. When you do nothing but judge others, you don't have any time to love them for who they are otherwise! Skip the judging completely. Who likes being judged, anyway? Find the good in someone. Say for example, you were partnered in a sport or something with someone who just cannot do the sport. Don't judge the way that they try, just learn to love them. They could be a super nice person, you never know! So get to know them, and get to know them outside of the sport partnership too. Once you know each other better, you will be able to love each other instead of judging them. Love all, judge none.
