The time when you should relax is the times when you feel the most like you don't have any time for that. For example, if you have an important something or another that has to get done by a deadline in the extremely near future, it is natural for you to be stressed out of your mind. But that would be a perfect time to relax for a minute. Give yourself a break to just let go for a moment before resuming the stress of the day. Sometimes, you just have to take a break! Doing something stressful without giving yourself a breather every now and then can hurt your mind. You really must take breaks to keep your mind fresh. Remember that next time you're studying for a test or doing something stressful in your job!
