"I like to listen. I have learned a great deal from listening carefully. Most people never listen."
-Ernest Hemingway
This is true. Many don't listen, many just talk and talk and talk. When you listen carefully, you can learn a whole lot. There is so much out there to learn that you will never learn if you don't listen. This also goes for letting people finish their sentences and not interrupting people. Sometimes someone says something and you interrupt by asking a question that will be answered in the end of the sentence that you didn't let them finish. Just listen. There is way too much everyone is missing because of their lack of ability to just shut their mouth and let someone else talk for once.
