Inspiring others to do their best is really important. If you can aid others to help them spread their wings, they can fly forever. If you inspire them to dream more, the world can be changed for the better. If they learn and do more, then there will be so many less helpless people. If they can become more, then they too can inspire others to help heal the world. That is true leadership.
