Good people will do what is right, even if there are no rules. They feel guilt when they do wrong, and they go out of their way to fix it. They play by the rules when rules are given. And they definitely play by the laws. Bad people avoid the laws and find ways around them. That is all of the thieves and criminals and wrong doers of illegal actions. But most of the time, they all end up getting in trouble anyways. So just save the trip to the jail and do what is right. Besides, most laws are there to protect you and others around you.
